Vodka: The Bloody Mary
Heirloom tomatoes in Worchestershire, Lemon, Horseradish, Celery salt dressing on toasted Potato Bread, with an olive celery relish

Sommelier: Dominick:  A Stiff Cucumber: Dom combined 2 parts “effen” cucumber vodka with 1 part  homemade syrup made of lime juice, fresh ginger and sugar, boiled together and reduced, plus a sprig of pink and a slice of cucumber, which was delicious and refreshing



  • 3 lemons’ juice
  • 2 TB Worscestshire
  • 1 TB celery salt
  • 1 TB horseradish
  • 1 TB sriracha


  • 1 slice per person potato bread
  • Heirloom tomatoes in various colors
  • Celery, olives, olive oil

Whisk together the dressing, then thinly slice tomatoes (mine were red, yellow, green and brown) and let them sit in the sauce for a 30 minutes or so. Meanwhile make round circles in the potato bread and discard the outside, and chop celery and olives finely together and top with olive oil.

To assemble, toast the potato bread rounds, top in soaked tomato slices, sprinkle with celery and olives.
